Great step forward in India To combat child labour, Press club in Delhi organized press conference to discuss upon this subject to have best results.  India is ratifying two global conventions,  that is International Labour Organization (ILO) minimum age convention, 1973(no 138) and Child Labour Convention, 1999(no 182). Impact of Karnataka Bandh Press club of Bangalore called for a conference to resolve the conflicts regarding the Karnataka bandh. The pro-kannada organizations had called for a bandh on Monday to fulfill their demands that included farm loan waiver, water scarcity in arid areas such as  Kolar, Chikkabalapur, Davangere and Chitradurga  and Narender Modi’s intervention in the mahadayi river water dispute .
