preschool owner commits suicide A preschool owner aged 34yrs decided to commit suicide and dicided to hand himself in the school in northeast Delhi's Harsh Vihar, after informing his family unit through a WhatsApp message of his choice to end his life, New Delhi . Police said Vikas Kumar, who was going through monetary crisis that provoked him to hang himself and end his life in his school on the ground floor of his residence yesterday morning. Mr Kumar had taken a loan of  Rs.  five lakh. He had lent the total to his cousin, who was not returning the cash. Mr Kumar was under stress to pay back the credit but was incapable to do so, police said. Police said they were investigating  whether Mr Kumar had typed the WhatsApp message himself. The phone has been sent for further examination. A suicide note was also recovered from the spot stating that he had communicated his family about his choice. Aadhaar-PAN linking must from July 1, govt notifies rules NEW DELHI: The government has forced taxpayers to link existing Aadhaar numbers with PAN cards as of July 1. By amending the income tax rules and notifying it, the government has made the  Aadhaar  12-digit biometric quote or the identification of the inscription a necessity at the time of application of the permanent account number (PAN). Great step forward in India To combat child labour, Press club in Delhi organized press conference to discuss upon this subject to have best results.  India is ratifying two global conventions,  that is International Labour Organization (ILO) minimum age convention, 1973(no 138) and Child Labour Convention, 1999(no 182). These conventions have been ratified to bring all the world’s children under the ambit of the legislations. During a conference in Press club in Delhi , it was disclosed that a top UN official stated that this is a Great step forward in India towards universal ratification which means that almost all the children in the world will be covered by convention 182. Bandaru Dattatreya, the labor minister who represents India in the conference, said the amended child labour central rules completely prohibited employment of children aged below 14years in any occupation or process and adolescents aged 14-18 years in any hazardous occupation and processes.
